Sample content
Six months into any project, someone asks: why did we do it this way? If the answer lives only in one person's head, sooner or later it is lost.
A short note is enough
A few lines per important decision are enough:
- What was the problem?
- Which options were considered?
- What was decided, and why?
The result
Repeated debates fade, new team members settle in faster, and when the course needs to change, it changes deliberately.
